1 COCKTAIL 3 WAYS:
The Classic: Traditional G&T
2 oz Barr Hill Gin
Tonic of choice
Lime Wedge
Fill glass with ice, add gin, fill with tonic, squeeze in lime.
The Twist: Cafe G&T
1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
I/2 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
3 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Tonic
Build in glass over ice
Stir Gently
Optional grapefruit slice or peel garnish
The Showstopper: “Super Fun” G&T
1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
1/2 oz Suze
1 oz Fresh Celery Juice
Build in glass
Top with Tonic
Squeeze of lemon
Gently Stir
Garnish with a Pinch of 🌊 🧂
