This episode takes us to San Francisco, where local beekeeper, Peter Wohlers, invites our host, Jabin Troth of Licensed to Distill and some of San Francisco's finest bartenders to his backyard apiary in the Sunset District. Here, he discusses the seasonality of bees and how San Francisco honey is actually inspired by the flavors of everyone's backyards. After their time with the bees, each bartender shares their own recipe using Barr Hill Gin at the popular Mission District bar, Wildhawk. Finally, our beekeeper Peter flips the script and makes cocktails for our bartenders.
